So this is a follow up review for this last weekends visit. Hands down, without a doubt, this was THE best dining experience that I have had in the last 10 to 15 years! I had only visited a couple time before for lunch service (which was 5 star service as well), but had the opportunity to go for dinner service, and I must say that if I could, I would double the 5 star rating! EVERYTHING was top notch from the very start. From the ease of making the reservation, to the reception upon entering, the immediate seating, the knowledge of the wait staff, the comfortable atmosphere, the most amazing Old Fashioned that I have had in years, the 'family' style ordering of sides, the presentation of the meal, the perfection of the food preparation, the exquisite taste of everything, the great pairing of wine, the owners visit to the table, after dinner drinks (a custom concoction that I learned of while in Italy which they executed perfectly), the desserts (we ordered every one of them & did another family style sharing of them all) - EVERYTHING was amazing!

Amazing experience, servers and all staff were refreshingly friendly and had helpful suggestions. Drinks and Staters were well worth the price. A must dine when you are in Tyler, entrees were mind blowing. Steak was a one of kind meal you have to try it. Deserts were well crafted and emanate class. You won’t be disappointed ordering anything on the menu and many options to choose from to spice up your dinner. Classy atmospheric cuisine with a unique high class appeal. 10/10 5 ⭐️ and will dine again.

I went in celebration of a friend and it was so worth it. The atmosphere was so calming and extremely clean. It was some of the best service I have ever received at a restaurant and THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUSSS!! The crab cake brought tears to my eyes, that’s how good it was!!

In all my years and all my travels I have never found a place that matches the quality and service of Prime 102. From the moment I walked in everything was flawless. The atmosphere the attention to detail and most importantly the food. Every bite was perfection. The service was absolutely phenomenal. The staff anticipated every need without hovering and their professionalism made the whole experience feel first class. It is not just the best in Tyler. It is not just the best in East Texas. It is not even just the best in Texas. So far it is the best on this globe that I have come across. Hands down this was the best dining experience I have ever had. If you are looking for a steakhouse that truly gets it right Prime 102 sets the bar for the rest of the world.

I got there a little early for dinner. The main dining area opens at five. So I sat at a table at the bar. It was a superb atmosphere. Tanner, the bartender, was very well dressed and put together, professional, polite, and courteous. Very thoughtful and deliberate. The 70s and 2000s rock and grunge rock playlist suited my taste very well and played at a comfortable volume. Upon request, I received a freshly made lemonade that was delightfully refreshing. The wedge salad, filet mignon, and truffle fries were absolutely amazing! I enjoyed every bite and would gladly go back.
